Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of experience who is interested in recruitment and hiring. The candidate will handle day-to-day recruitment activities and work closely with the team to close open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate offers and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Work on multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements when required.

Required Skills




1 - 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Valuable sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements.
Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Candidates genuinely interested in Recruitment will be preferred.

Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
Immediate joiners preferred.
