Mission
Hands-on experience with any of automotive commodities: Exterior, Interior, Chassis, or Electrical systems. (Positive to have: Wiring Harness commodity experience)
Robust understanding of commodity cost drivers and manufacturing processes (moulding, assembly, etc.) to deliver cost targets.
Basic knowledge of using CAD tools (e.g., for viewing, measuring, and analysing 3D models/drawings) and familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
Strong understanding of automotive product development milestones (Program start to Job 1) and change management processes.
