Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, install, and configure BMC Control-M components.
Manage and maintain the Control-M setting, including Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager (EM), and Agents.
Oversee integration and consolidation with other BMC tools and technologies.
Manage change and configuration of servers using Control-M.
Create reports and perform trend analysis to monitor scheduling efficiency.
Create and manage role-based access control for system administrators and users.
Collaborate with managers, developers, and customers during release planning, job scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
Participate in client engagements as part of the operational team.
Perform upgrades and migrations of Control-M from older to newer versions.




Apply scripting skills to automate tasks and streamline operations.
Troubleshoot errors, defects, and performance issues in Control-M components.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITIL processes as applied to Control-M operations.
Prepare presentations, documentation, and maintain transparent communication and interpersonal relations.
Adhere to deadlines and be willing to work overtime when required.
Utilize excellent English language skills for communication and reporting.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
