Job Description:
Manage, monitor, and upgrade Trend Micro Apex One, Apex Central, and Deep Security Manager (DSM).
Work on Anti-Malware (AM), File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), Application Control (ACC), and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS).
Monitor security alerts and generate reports for Windows and non-Windows servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve antivirus and security-related issues through tickets, calls, and emails.
Identify and close Vulnerability Assessment (VA) findings.
Support Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) settings across Bangalore and Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
Attend a customer interview as part of the selection process.
