Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Power, EPC, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, customer visits and industry events.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, consultants and EPC companies.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Pre-Sales/Technical Team for product demonstrations and technical discussions.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals and follow up with customers.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Maintain regular updates on customer interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM.
Track market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.




Conduct regular customer visits across Delhi/NCR and nearby regions.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/MBA with 25 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in selling Engineering Software, Industrial Solutions, Digital Solutions, SaaS or Technical Products will be an advantage.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Robust customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel for customer meetings.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
