A Branch Banking Operations focuses processing deposit and non deposit products on managing the end-to-end lifecycle, processing, compliance, and customer service.

Designation Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and process Deposit and Non Deposit Receipts, certificates, or digital/physical contracts
Accurately input tenure, compounding frequency, interest payout options (cumulative vs. non-cumulative/monthly/quarterly), and senior citizen or special rate tiers.
Handle instructions for auto-renewal, partial/premature withdrawals, loan-against-deposit final closures with proper penalty calculations.
Explain FD interest rates, tax implications and senior citizen perks to walk-in or phone-in customers
Process updates for nominations, joint holder additions, address changes, and duplicate FD receipt issuances.
Resolve customer complaints regarding delayed interest pay-outs,



maturity credit failures, or statement discrepancies promptly
Verify customer identification and source of funds for high-value cash or transfer fixed deposits in line with KYC/AML policies.
Partner with Personal Bankers and Branch Managers to convert high-value deposit leads or retain maturing FDs from leaving the bank
Extract daily, weekly, and monthly deposit portfolio reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Post-graduation preferred)

Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in retail banking, branch operations, or CASA/deposit processing.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting tools.
