Role & responsibilities
Support day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations.
Process and review financial transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
Perform invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
Resolve finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers, vendors, and business partners through emails and calls.
Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Collaborate with global teams to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Preferred candidate profile
Experience working with international stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
Solid customer service and stakeholder management skills.
