Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
Handle emails, courier services, and front desk correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized reception area




Provide administrative support such as data entry and record-keeping

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
