8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and maintaining production AI systems.
Experience launching AI features for real users and improving them using production feedback and measurable metrics.
Requirements
Robust programming skills in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI architectures.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and streaming.
Experience with vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and retrieval quality evaluation.
Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks, test datasets, regression suites, and model selection.
Experience implementing AI guardrails, security controls, and auditability.
Proficiency in cloud deployment, preferably AWS, along with Docker or similar container technologies and CI/CD.
Solid problem-solving, independent execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative or technical discipline.
