Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement.
