Generate leads for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP and MSME Loans.
Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and field visits.
Understand customer financial requirements and explain suitable loan products.
Collect required customer documents and coordinate with the loan processing team.
Follow up with customers and banks/NBFCs regarding application status.
Maintain daily lead details and customer follow-ups in Excel or CRM.
Build good relationships with customers and generate business referrals.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
