Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, plant, and automotive roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
Hire for blue-collar, white-collar, technical, and shop-floor positions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and a robust candidate pipeline.
