RPSG Group is looking for professionals to join its Growth & Investments team, focusing on strategic growth initiatives and investment opportunities across diverse sectors.
Role & responsibilities
Evaluate M&A;, JV and minority investment prospects.
Analyse existing business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct financial modelling, valuations and market research.
Prepare investment memos, MIS and management presentations.
Assess new sectors and potential investments across businesses.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in reputed Investment Banking or a buy-side fund.
Robust understanding of corporate finance, accounting, DCF and relative valuation.
Excellent financial modelling, research and presentation skills.
MBA in Finance from a reputed institute or CA qualified in the first attempt.
Solid analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
