Job Role & Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting Royal Enfield riding gear such as helmets, jackets, gloves, boots, and accessories
Explain product features, safety standards, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Provide a premium in-store shopping experience.
Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of riding gear
Handle billing, stock checking, and basic inventory management
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
Achieve monthly sales targets and support promotional activities
Skills & Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
Experience in mall retail sales or branded showroom sales preferred
Customer-friendly attitude with interest in motorcycles and riding gear
Basic knowledge of sales, billing, and product handling
Presentable personality and professional behavior
