Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to parents and prospective families regarding school admissions.
Handle inbound admission enquiries professionally.
Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the system.
Achieve admission enquiry and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Front Office teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
Eligibility
Intermediate or Any Graduate.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
English
Telugu
Tamil
Kannada
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills are preferred.
Work Schedule
Working Days : 7 days a week with a rotational off :
Timings : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
