• Obtain school permissions for SIP contests and activities.
Conduct Parent Presentations.
Generate leads and support business growth initiatives.
Support franchisees (approx. 10) in business growth and retention activities.
Execute local marketing activities through franchisees.
Collect marketing outstanding dues.
Manage relationships with schools (approx. 40) and key stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
• Fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi preferred.
• Positive working knowledge of MS Excel in data analysis.
• Solid communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling teams of 45 members are preferred to handle franchisees.
