Sales Associate - Key Responsibilities Company : Orangetheory Fitness Reporting To : Studio Manager
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate memberships.
Follow up with all leads, trial guests, and inquiries regularly.
Convert intro class participants into paid memberships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM / sales tracking sheets.
Provide explicit information about membership packages and pricing.
Ensure excellent guest experience at the front desk.
Coordinate with coaches and staff for smooth class scheduling.
Support studio promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the Studio Manager.
