Location: Khalapur
Languages Required: Hindi, Marathi, and English (mandatory fluency in all)
Preferred Background: Aviation or training institute experience (added advantage)
Accommodation: Provided on twin-sharing basis (approx. 1.5 km from the institute)
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support enrollment processes.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality.
Upsell programs and resolve customer queries promptly.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service - aviation/training institute background preferred. Open to freshers as well.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, with a positive attitude.
