We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams as required
Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline
Robust communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused approach
Salary : Salary + Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
