Minimum 5 years of experience handling PGT classes :
Academic Background :
Science background (Postgraduate in Science preferred)
B.Ed. / M.Ed. mandatory
Mobility :
Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license :
Must be comfortable driving
Relocation :
Willing to relocate with family :
Language Skills :
Proficiency in English :
Working knowledge of regional language preferred

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school
Ensure curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring :
Maintain high standards in teaching-learning processes :
Supervise and mentor PGT, TGT, and PRT faculty

Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with CBSE :
Oversee school operations, discipline, and safety
Manage academic calendars, timetables, and assessments
Coordinate inspections, audits, and official documentation





Faculty & Staff Management
Lead recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention of staff
Conduct regular faculty reviews and career development :
Foster a positive and team-oriented work culture

Student & Parent Engagement
Monitor student progress, discipline, and wellbeing
Address parent concerns effectively
Promote holistic development of students

Institutional Development
Implement quality improvement initiatives
Support admissions, branding, and institutional growth
Align school vision with Velammal Group educational standards

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in handling senior secondary (PGT) curriculum for min 5 years :
Administrative efficiency and documentation skills
Ability to manage academics and operations simultaneously

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
