Solid Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and handle queries effectively.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques, and the ability to identify potential clients and close deals successfully.
Experience in Customer Support and Interaction, focused on understanding and meeting client requirements.
Ability to work in a agile, rapid-paced environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related domains will be a plus.
