Job Overview : We are looking for a dedicated PGT Physics Teacher for a CBSE-affiliated school to teach Classes XI & XII, ensure strong conceptual understanding, and prepare students for board exams along with basic JEE/NEET support.
Key Responsibilities :
Teach Physics to senior secondary students (Class 11 & 12) as per CBSE curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and question papers
Conduct practical sessions and manage Physics lab activities
Assess and evaluate student performance regularly
Provide doubt-solving sessions and academic guidance
Support students in board exam preparation and basic competitive exam readiness
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
Participate in school activities, PTMs, and academic meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Postgraduate in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) with B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools)
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and exam pattern
Good communication and classroom management skills
Ability to explain concepts in a easy and effective manner
Basic exposure to JEE/NEET level concepts will be an added advantage
Prior experience in CBSE-affiliated school
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
Tech-savvy (smart boards, online teaching tools)
