Core Responsibilities
Guest Welcome : Greet guests as they enter, provide a warm welcome, and escort them to tables or waiting areas.
Reservations & Waitlists : Manage bookings, create and update waitlists, and give accurate wait time estimates.
Seating & Table Management : Assign guests to tables strategically to balance server sections and optimize seating flow.
Communication Hub : Answer phones, take messages, address inquiries, and relay information between guests, servers, and kitchen staff.
Front-of-House Maintenance : Keep the reception area, host stand, and menus clean and organized.
Customer Service : Introduce servers, provide menus, handle initial questions, address complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Staff Support :



Help waitstaff during peak hours with tasks like taking initial drink orders, bussing, or running food.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
