Job Summary _
We are seeking a energetic Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales to prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and generate enquiries for our manufactured products. This field-based role offers a competitive package with performance incentives in a rapid paced construction equipment environment.
Key Responsibilities _
Identify and meet prospective clients in assigned territory to promote company products.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate consistent enquiries.
Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.
Requirements _
Minimum 2 years of hands-on sales experience in relevant industries such as Ready Mix Concrete, Construction Equipment or Steel sector.
Graduation required; MBA or post-graduates preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking leads and performance.
Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern India.
