Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
Assist in converting customer queries into sales.
Maintain records of interactions and follow up with potential customers.
Requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam, and English . Ability to manage customer calls and provide solutions effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
