Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales : Greet customers, offer styling advice, and use product knowledge to maximize sales and meet targets.
Visual Merchandising : Maintain, clean, and organize the sales floor, displays, and fitting rooms to industry standards.
Inventory Management : Receive, restock, and inventory garments to ensure product availability.
Transactions : Accurately process payments, returns, and exchanges using POS software.
Trend Awareness : Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabrics, and fit to advise customers effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Previous retail, fashion, or apparel sales experience is highly preferred.
Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle inquiries.




Product Knowledge : Understanding of fabrics, garment quality, and styling.
Flexibility : Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Success Indicators
Consistently achieving or exceeding daily/monthly sales goals.
High customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Well-maintained, appealing, and stocked displays.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
