Responsibilities
Cleaning : Stewards clean the kitchen, dining areas, and service areas. They may also wash dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Food preparation : Stewards may help prepare food, such as blending soups or prepping vegetables.
Sanitation : Stewards ensure that the establishment is sanitary and meets health and safety standards.
Inventory management : Stewards may manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
Customer service : Stewards may support customers with their inquiries and needs.
Table setting : Stewards may set and explicit tables.
Dining room transition : Stewards may transition dining rooms to different settings based on need.
