Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and attendants with a warm and qualified approach.
Handle patient queries and provide necessary guidance regarding hospital services.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient movement and service.
Assist patients with appointments, billing, diagnostics, and other hospital-related services.
Address patient concerns and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain high standards of patient experience and customer service.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi preferred
Prior experience in hospitals / healthcare / customer service will be an added advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
