Position Overview
Your Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls from US-based customers.
Handle customer requests concerning orders, payments, billing, returns, products, accounts, and other service-related matters.
Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within the required timelines.
Update customer information and call-related details accurately in the designated systems.
Meet defined service quality, compliance, attendance, and productivity standards.
Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a helpful attitude.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation can also be considered.
