Key Responsibilities :
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting
Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods
Maintain regular communication with parents
Support school events and early years programs
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
Must have completed any one of the following:
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
Montessori Teacher Training
ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education)
Pre-Primary Teacher Training Course
Good communication skills in English
Professional training like NTT, Montessori,
or ECCE is widely expected for preschool teaching roles as it equips teachers with child development and classroom skills
