Responsibilities :
Guest Rooms & Public Areas : Fix leaking faucets, unclog drains, repair broken furniture, replace light bulbs, and program TVs.
System Repairs : Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC (heating and cooling) systems, electrical switches, and plumbing lines.
Preventive Checks : Inspect machinery, tools, and building fixtures regularly to stop breakdowns before they happen.
Safety & Logs : Follow safety rules like Lockout/Tagout, keep clean work areas, and write down completed work tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
