Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers
Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality
Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions
Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems
Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts
Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service on every interaction
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willing to work a full time night shift (7:30 PM - 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday)
Available to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad (no remote/work-from-home option)
Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage
