Job Description: Fashion Consultant

Position Summary

The Fashion Consultant (FC) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service,

achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store

operations in line with Head Office guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers warmly and attend to them with a positive attitude.
Understand customer requirements and guide them in product selection.
Convince customers to convert walk-ins into successful sales.
Close customer interactions professionally to ensure sale generation.
Focus on improving customer service standards and increasing store walk-ins.
Work consistently towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

Communication & Coordination
Communicate customer requests, feedback, and concerns to store management.
Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
Demonstrate solid speaking skills, appropriate tone of voice,



and active listening

skills.
Exhibit confidence in handling customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Maintain mannequins and displays with proper coordination of matching colors.
Ensure mirrors, trial rooms, and glass areas are kept clean and presentable at all

times.
Arrange and manage stock properly, both physically and in system records.
Support analytic activities related to stock arrangement and sales performance.

Cash Counter & Records
Maintain the cash counter area in an organized manner.
Ensure feedback books are available and updated.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
