Overview

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Handle cashiering responsibilities including processing payments accurately and managing cash transactions
Assist with food handling, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
Buss tables, explicit dishes, and support overall restaurant cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment
Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer experience through effective communication
Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods
Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests




Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in cashiering, upselling, and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting in a café or grocery store setting

Pay: ₹9,680.72 - ₹49,297.96 per month
