We are Looking for skilled mechanical maintainence & tooling technician, who has hands on exerience into assembly lines and injection moulding / blow moulding machines.

This role is designed for experts who can perform adjustments and fabricate the custom fixtures to enhance machine performance & Production.
Execute mechanical & structural changes to Machines & assembly lines.
Develop, build & install custom jigs & fixture to ensure repeatability & reproducibility in machines.
Work on Root cause analysis, Pneumatic systems, Assembly lines,preventive maintainence.
Proficiency in Assembly line adjustments, modification.
Understanding of parallelism,Flatness ,GD&T;,sensors adjustments ,etc.
Proficiency in Moulding process.[Injection moulding / Blow moulding]
Deep understanding of pneumatic ,hydraulic, Linear motion systems, Servo motors, Jigs &fixtures.;

ITI /Diploma / Bachelor’s - Mechanical /Fitter.

3+ years of experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indian Institute Of Management, Gujarat
