Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain dialer systems such as Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, or similar platforms .
Manage and monitor VoIP servers, SIP trunks, and call routing systems for international calling operations.
Provide day-to-day IT and dialer support to all users, resolving ongoing or recurring issues promptly.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, CRM integration, and system performance issues related to dialers.
Optimize dialer performance by managing leads, campaigns, and call flow configurations.
Handle real-time monitoring, reporting, and analysis of dialer performance metrics.
Ensure 24x7 availability for urgent support calls and technical escalations (on-call if required).
Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting logs.
Work closely with the operations and telematics teams to set up dialers for international ELD device connectivity .
Stay updated with the latest developments in VoIP, dialer technology, and telecommunication security standards .

Qualifications & Skills :




Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT dialer systems (Vicidial / GoAutoDial / Asterisk / 3CX / FreePBX).
Robust understanding of VoIP, SIP, PRI, IP telephony, and network protocols .
Proven experience in dialer setup, maintenance, backup, and recovery .
Experience with international calling processes and Telematics ELD Devices preferred.
Proficiency in Linux server administration (CentOS / Ubuntu) .
Basic knowledge of MySQL database and network firewall configurations is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call technical support when required.
