Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports .
Collect, organize, verify, and update data received from different departments.
Prepare reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office .
Maintain accurate records of production, sales, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and other operational data.
Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, charts, and management reports.
Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy and timely updating.
Maintain and organize technical documents, records, and files.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and report preparation.
Assist in maintaining employee/user data and system records as required.
Support the management team with data analysis and report generation.
Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and information.
Perform other technical, MIS, and administrative tasks assigned by management.





Required Skills :
Good knowledge of MS Excel , including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint .
Positive typing and data entry skills.
Basic understanding of computers, software, hardware, and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new software, ERP systems, and technology.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Advanced Excel will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of ERP software or business management software.
