Role Description

This is an in office, full-time role for a Senior Accountant at our Pipodra, Surat location. The Senior Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities also include overseeing financial audits, supervising junior accounting staff, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.



The role will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, payments, and receipts
Perform bank reconciliation and manage company bank/CC accounts
Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet - monthly, half-yearly, yearly)
Manage GST compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B, 9) and handle GST notices
Ensure compliance with TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT regulations
Maintain inventory records, stock reports, and consumption tracking
Prepare monthly reports: sales, purchase, expenses, and MIS reports
Handle import-export accounting and forex transactions
Manage accounts payable & receivable as per MSME norms
Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Requirements :
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Tally Prime (mandatory)
5+ years of overall accounting experience in manufacturing industry preferred
Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial compliance
Positive command over MS Excel and reporting tools
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
