Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
Monitor service levels (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution.
Conduct regular customer review meetings and share performance reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport, and Finance teams for smooth execution.
Maintain customer records, contracts, SOPs, and communication logs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
