We are looking for a MOOWR Compliance Associate to manage and support compliance activities under the Customs Act
Manufacturing and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations. The role involves handling end-to-end regulatory requirements, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage compliance under MOOWR scheme, including licensing and post-approval requirements
Handle bond execution, warehouse code generation, and related procedures
Ensure timely filing of returns and maintenance of statutory records
Coordinate with customs authorities for approvals, audits, and inspections
Assist in Bill of Entry processes and ensure correct duty compliance
Support clients/internal teams on regulatory clarifications and procedural guidance
Monitor changes in customs laws and assess impact on MOOWR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in handling documentation and regulatory filings
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
LLB Graduate
