JOB OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance : Maintain, enter, and review accurate day-to-day books of accounts in Tally software (voucher entries, journal vouchers, purchases, sales, and ledger updates).
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) : Perform regular bank reconciliations, monitor cash flows, and proactively resolve discrepancies between bank statements and books.
Financial Accounting & Finalization Support : Assist in preparing regular financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and supporting schedules.
Reconciliations & Discrepancy Resolution : Execute routine account reconciliations (debtors, creditors, inter-branch reconciliations) necessary for smooth audit and financial finalization.
Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all accounting documentation, supporting vouchers, invoices, and records are properly organized and aligned with standard accounting standards.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Skilled Experience : Demonstrated hands-on experience in accounting, ledger maintenance, and financial reconciliations.




TECHNICAL SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES
Tally Proficiency : Full working knowledge and hands-on operational capability in Tally Prime / ERP 9 (including voucher entries, ledger configuration, report extraction, and trial balance verification).
MS Excel Skills : Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, routine reporting, lookup formulas, and financial calculations.
Analytical Thinking & Precision : High attention to detail with solid analytical and numerical reasoning abilities to spot and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
