Key Responsibilities :
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students (Classes I-V) as per the curriculum.
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance learning.
Conduct regular assessments, maintain progress records, and share feedback with parents.
Foster a positive and encouraging classroom setting.
Prepare and organize teaching materials, worksheets, and activities.
Encourage moral values, discipline, and curiosity among students.
Coordinate with other teachers and staff for overall academic growth.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) with D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
Passion for teaching and student development.

Skills Required :
Classroom management and interactive teaching.
Creativity and patience in handling young learners.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Ability to use smart teaching tools (digital/visual aids).

Job Types : Full time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
