Role Overview : As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, activity-based lessons to students in Classes I through V. You will play a key role in building solid foundational skills and nurturing a love for learning in young children.
Responsibilities :
Create an interactive, activity-based classroom setting that encourages participation and curiosity
Assess student progress through classwork, homework, tests, and observations,
and maintain accurate records
Identify students who need additional support and provide timely intervention
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, PTMs, and training sessions
Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and encouraging manner
Requirements :
Robust communication skills in English
Genuine passion for teaching young learners
Ability to create engaging and creative classroom experiences
Comfort with activity-based and experiential teaching methods
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
