Soft Skill Trainer : At Marketing Wire, we are looking for a soft-skill trainer to help and provide individuals and team members with the tools and suitable skill sets for successful interpersonal communication at work.
Responsibilities or duties :
Developing and delivering training programs to employees, that are aligned with business objectives, including the design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments
Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
Conducting assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next
Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting performance evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed
Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks,
PowerPoint presentations, videos, or podcasts
Leading group discussions and providing guidance on practical communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization
Job Types : Part time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 1 week Part time hours: 24 per week
Salary : ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
