Key Responsibilities :
Plan, implement, and monitor the primary curriculum
Guide, mentor, and evaluate primary teachers
Ensure effective lesson planning and classroom practices
Track student progress and support learning needs
Coordinate exams, assessments, and result analysis
Prepare timetables, duty rosters, and activity schedules
Promote holistic development and student well-being
Maintain academic records and documentation
Communicate with parents and address academic concerns
Work closely with the Principal on academic planning

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred)

Skills & Competencies :
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Sound knowledge of primary curriculum and pedagogy
Ability to mentor teachers and manage teams
Child-centric approach and problem-solving skills
Teaching experience in primary education (minimum 2 years)
Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
