Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, FinTech)
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage bulk and lateral hiring for sales, operations, credit, relationship managers, etc.
Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, and pipeline health
Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
