Responsibilities :
Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, assess technical skills, licensing, and cultural fit.
Collaboration : Work closely with clinical hiring managers to understand needs and define roles.
Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage requisitions from posting to offer, including salary negotiation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree (HR,



Health Admin, related field).
Experience : Proven clinical/healthcare recruitment experience.
Knowledge : Deep understanding of the healthcare industry & specific roles (RN, Tech, etc.).
Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Technical : Proficiency with ATS and social sourcing tools.
Soft Skills : Robust relationship building, sales, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in the recruitment life cycle
