Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting customers, dealers, distributors, and potential buyers through phone calls and WhatsApp. The role includes sharing information about Ojas Earth Grid’s Earthing and Solar products, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Make daily calls to new customers, dealers, and distributors.
Explain Ojas Earth Grid products such as Earthing Electrode, Lightning Arrester, Pit Cover, BFC Bag, and Solar/Earthing products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Follow up with interested customers and help convert leads into sales.
Maintain daily call reports, lead sheets, and follow-up status.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Submit daily sales reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.
Forward customer queries or complaints to the concerned department.




Support the company in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills :
Good communication skills
Strong command of Hindi and basic English knowledge
Customer handling and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Understanding of WhatsApp Business and calling process
Interest in sales and customer follow-up

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales will be preferred

Experience
Fresher to 2 years
Experience in Earthing, Solar, Electrical, or Building Material industry will be an added advantage

Salary

As per interview and experience. Incentive or performance bonus may be provided as per company policy.

Working Time

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Reporting To

Team Leader / Sales Manager

Job Objective

To increase the market reach of Ojas Earth Grid, generate recent leads, follow up with customers, and contribute to the sales growth of the company.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
