We are looking for a agile and proactive individual who can act as a bridge between design, sourcing, and business teams. This role requires robust coordination skills, creative thinking, and a business-oriented mindset to support product development and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with designers and developers to brainstorm and refine design concepts , ensuring alignment with business goals
Support the sourcing team in procurement of raw materials , including vendor coordination and follow-ups
Identify and evaluate recent business opportunities , market trends, and potential partnerships
Drive internal alignment for product development , ensuring smooth communication across teams
Coordinate between departments to ensure timely execution of projects
Assist in improving processes for better efficiency and productivity
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
Robust communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work across different functions
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic understanding of product development and sourcing processes (preferred)
