The Immigration Specialist (IS) will join the Visa Processing team, which is responsible for helping U.S. employers alleviate their chronic labor shortage by sponsoring foreign workers through the EB-3 Unskilled program. The IS will draft Labor Certifications (LCs) for submission with the Department of Labor, communicate with clients on case progress, and manage a high-volume caseload. - Duties/Responsibilities
Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships. Help guide clients through the entire immigration process
Draft and file Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor
Create audit files
Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor
Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations
Make any necessary revisions to drafted forms after attorney review
Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager and/or attorney
Manage a high-volume caseload and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure data integrity and may assist in data audit projects
Work collaboratively with manager(s), attorney(s),
and support staff
